- We will require a deposit
of 50% of the value of the order to reserve your booking and balance to be
paid 6 weeks before the event. Dates will not be added in the diary until
the deposit is paid.
- Payments can be made to
us by using Pay Pal, cheque and bank transfer (details to be
provided on request).
- Hire is for a 24-hour
period only or as otherwise agreed between the Owner and the Customer
- We can deliver and set-up
the Linen either one day before the event or on the morning of the event.
We collect the linen on the day after the event or as agreed.
- A £70 refundable
damage and security deposit will be returned within 7 working days of receipt of hired
equipment once it has been checked for damage/loss. If there are any
problems with the stock you will be informed and charged accordingly.
- We can send a sample of
one chair cover at £9.99 and tablecloth at £29.99 including package and
postage.
- An additional charge will
be made for permanently stained, damaged or lost linen at a cost of; chair
cover - £9.99, organza sash - £1.00 and table cloth £29.99. No substitute
item will be accepted.
- Customers who cancel
their order will be charged an administration fee of £50.00. This must be
made in writing and we must acknowledge receipt of this.
- Éclat shall not be
responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever
sustained arising from any goods under hire. We shall be under no
liability in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, abnormal
usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in
writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the linen without our approval.
- Except in the case of
death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we shall not be liable
to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition
or other term, or any duty at common law or under these terms and
conditions, for any special, indirect or consequential damage.
- The hirer is
wholly responsible for all goods hired from time of delivery until collected.
Goods left at premises unattended are left at the hirer’s risk. Otherwise
delivered by clat
- The contract is binding on both parties unless amended
by mutual consent.
